Gibbons & Moran is Sarah Gibbons and Kate Moran. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@gibbonsmoran.com.
Who we are
The contact form
The form asks for your work email, your role, what you're looking for, and, if you choose, a note and how you heard about us. We use them only to reply to you. We don't sell them, add you to a mailing list, or use them for advertising.
Who handles your note
A few services handle your note on its way to us:
- Netlify, which hosts this site, holds your note until we collect it, then deletes it.
- An automated assistant of ours reads each note first, using an AI model from Anthropic, so that we see real inquiries quickly. It never replies to you. A partner reads and decides on every reply.
- We keep your note in our own workspace in Notion, and the assistant lets us know about it in a private message.
- We reply from our own email.
To stop the same person sending many notes in a row, the site keeps a scrambled, one-way code made from your email and network address for 24 hours, never the address itself.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to two years, then delete them, unless we're working together and need them for that work.
Deleting your note
Write to hello@gibbonsmoran.com from the address you used, and we'll delete your note everywhere we keep it.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to count visits: which pages people read and how far down, where visitors come from, and roughly which country and city. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. To tell one day's visits apart, Plausible scrambles your network address and browser details with a code it deletes every 24 hours, and never stores the address itself, so it can't follow you from site to site or day to day.
We also count clicks on our Contact buttons and on links to other sites. When a note is sent, analytics records only which option you chose under "What are you looking for?" Nothing else you type in the form goes to Plausible.
Plausible is an EU company, and the data stays on servers in the EU. Its data policy has the details.
Fonts
Two of this site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your network address when a page loads. The site sets no cookies.
